A major Financial Services organisation based in Edinburgh are seeking a Senior Analyst to provide independent checks of data for completeness, accuracy and integrity. This is an exciting job opportunity that will allow you to utilise your BAU and accounting/system technical knowledge in order to support various project leads.
You will be required to provide independent checks of data to ensure that that data is fully reviewed and fit for use. You will challenge existing processes and provide colleagues with monthly, quarterly, half year and full year reporting; Budget and Forecast; Change Controls; and Project Output.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in Financial Services; managing large sets of data; and ideally experience of managing a small team. Technical skills required include in-depth knowledge of finance systems and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with colleagues across the business.
