Our client is the world leader FTSE business headquartered in Edinburgh.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Group Applications and Projects Team for a Manager of Financial Systems.
The Group Applications and Projects team hold overall responsibility for the quality and integrity of all financial systems within the group. This pivotal role requires someone who is passionate about customer service, can think on their feet, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
You will plan and manage the implementation of business critical applications and process improvements across the group. As the key finance lead for systems deployment in to new countries you will optimise and streamline systems between our regional businesses using best practice. This will include change management for local teams in to the ERP process and, will see your involvement in high profile projects on an international platform.
You will be a qualified accountant with experience gained in ERP implementations. This role will require the development of close working relationships between regional finance and technology teams and, as such, requires strong communication skills underpinned with a forward-thinking commercial outlook.
